    I've got a customers Maxisys here now.  It just crashes when you load the Maxisys app.
    I need a fix for it ASAP.  
    It just started happening.

     I am having the same issue here. I cannot retrieve any updates as they all back up to the home screen. I just purchased this device and it's a shame that I can't use it out of the box. I have sent an email to support and hope that I will receive attention and a solution ASAP.
